A 7th edition of the PV AWARDS full of creativity and innovations

New prizes, new know-hows, new dates: Presided over by the couture duo ON AURA TOUT VU, the 7th edition of the PV AWARDS promises to be full of creativity and exclusive innovations.

This 15 to 17 September, the next edition of Première Vision Paris will translate into reality the strategic changes implemented by Première Vision, now the sole organiser of this ensemble of 6 fully-integrated shows. The various developments, undertakings and reorganisations stemming directly from the new brand policy launched last February are designed both to showcase the synergies between the various shows and also the specificities of each shows’ individual know-how.

In keeping with this dynamic, Première Vision is evolving some of its key events, in particular the PV Awards.

This stimulating yearly event, now eagerly awaited by industry professionals, formerly awarded prizes only to the most inventive and innovative fashion textiles, chosen among the fabrics at Première Vision Fabrics. Now, for their 7th edition, the PV Awards competition is opening to leathers presented by the tanners at Première Vision Leather.

This showcase of modern textile and leather creativity has led to a reorganisation of the event itself. In place of the 4 usual prizes, 6 different awards will be awarded in September: 3 for fabrics and 3 for leathers.

The new Döttling high-security fingerprint lock: unique security

The exciting symbiosis of the finest traditional craftsmanship and innovative, state-of-the-art technology has always made safes from the Döttling manufactory very special. The most recent example: the new Döttling high-security fingerprint lock in combination with our safes “The Bel-Air” and “Pauline.”

Despite its small size, Döttling’s “Pauline” is a giant in terms of aesthetics and quality. “The Bel-Air” is an impressively crafted, high-end masterpiece whose design is based on the overseas travel trunks of the “upper crust” from around 1900. Both can now be optionally outfitted with new biometric access technology: simply place your finger on the scanner, and the locking mechanism will open as if by magic. This provides a clear advantage in terms of individuality and convenience. To ensure even more security, both safes can also be connected to the home alarm system. They both also have a “silent alarm” function: during a robbery, an emergency call will be made to the police or security service without the perpetrators being aware of it. Incidentally, upon request we would also be happy to equip other safes with the new fingerprint technology. After all, one thing applies to every product from the Döttling manufactory: unlimited individuality is guaranteed!
